Private clients and families

Know what is being said about you, and what to do about it.

For individuals and families whose name, business or public role makes them visible. PRISM IE rates the reporting about you, identifies false statements and impersonation, and shows where personal details are circulating. We use public sources only.

What we look at

Your name and identities

Where you appear in public sources, what is attributed to you, and whether the coverage is growing or fading.

False statements

Quotes, documents and images falsely attributed to you or your business, rated for credibility and for how far they have spread.

Impersonation

Fake accounts, cloned profiles and pages that use your name, photograph or company identity.

Personal exposure

Family names, addresses or routines that have been published and could be used against you. Where removal is possible, we tell you how to ask for it.

Threats and harassment

Online threats and abusive campaigns, rated by credibility and by how they are spreading, so you know what needs escalating.

Public disputes

Business, family or legal disagreements that are being argued in public, including in local-language media where you operate.

How an engagement works

  1. Confidential conversation

We agree what you want to protect and what is worrying you. We keep only what we need to do the work.

  2. Exposure review

A written, rated review of your public footprint, with the items that matter most and what can be done about each.

  3. Ongoing watch, if you want it

Regular checks on your name, identities and any live issue, with alerts agreed in advance.

What we will not do

Protecting someone’s reputation and monitoring a person are different things. We do only the first.

  • Access private accountsWe do not access private messages, accounts, email or devices, of anyone.
  • Locate or follow anyoneWe do not locate, track or follow any individual.
  • Monitor private people without consentWe do not monitor a private individual who has not agreed to it, or without a lawful basis set out in writing.
  • Publish findings about peopleFindings belong to the client. We do not publish them about any person, or share them outside the engagement.
  • Intimidate or exposeWe decline work whose purpose is to intimidate, expose or harm someone.

If a request falls into one of these, we say so and decline it. We would rather lose a client than take work we should not do.

Confidentiality

Private client work runs separately from our government and corporate work, with its own environment and audit trail. Each client has one named point of contact.

We sign a written engagement and data processing agreement before any work starts. Working files are handled and deleted in line with those terms, unless you ask us to keep them.
