Government and security
Monitoring and assessment that stays inside your perimeter.
PRISM IE gives government, defence and security institutions rated reporting on the information environment, in the languages it actually happens in, with the option to run everything on your own infrastructure.
What it covers
- Threats and flashpoints
-
Emerging security incidents, calls to violence and tensions between communities, picked up as they surface in national and local media.
- Narratives and influence
-
How stories about your institution, your operations and national security are spreading, who is pushing them, and whether the reporting is independent or coordinated.
- Misattribution
-
Statements falsely attributed to officials and institutions, assessed against the record so you can respond quickly and accurately.
- Elections and major events
-
Sustained monitoring through election campaigns and other high-risk periods, with a short regular summary and fuller assessments when the situation calls for them.
- Your requirements
-
Coverage is driven by priority intelligence requirements that we agree with you at the start, not by a generic keyword list.
Ways to work with us
Managed reporting
Our analysts run collection and assessment, and deliver rated reports to your team on an agreed schedule. Nothing to install and no IT integration.
Platform in-house
The platform installed on your own servers, including fully offline and air-gapped configurations, with your analysts operating it.
Analyst training
Structured training in open source collection, source rating and assessment writing, for teams using PRISM IE or building their own capability.
Most institutions start with managed reporting and move the platform in-house once their team is trained.
Control of your data
Deployment is configured around your own security rules and data-residency requirements.
The platform can run on your servers with no outside connection. You also choose where the analysis runs, using hosted language models or models operated entirely inside your own infrastructure.
Structured pilots
We run pilots of 90 days against requirements you set. Success criteria are agreed in writing at the start, and the pilot has a fixed end date, so both sides know exactly what is being tested and when a decision is due.
At the end you keep the reports produced during the pilot, whatever you decide.
Confidentiality
Each client’s work runs in its own separate environment with its own audit trail. Government and corporate engagements never share infrastructure, data or analysts’ working files.
We do not name our clients publicly, and we do not discuss one client’s requirements with another.
Discuss your requirements in confidence.
We can brief your team by video, or in person by arrangement.
