For investors

The information environment, read in the languages it is written in.

PRISM IE monitors, rates and explains what is being said about a country, an institution or a company, and runs entirely on the client’s own infrastructure when it has to.

The problem

Security agencies and large companies make decisions every day based on what is being said in the press and online. Most of that conversation never reaches them in a usable form, and the tools they could buy were not built for their situation.

Wrong languages

Global monitoring tools are strongest in English and a few major world languages. In much of the world, what shapes opinion is said in local languages those tools handle poorly.

Wrong place

Defence and security clients cannot send intelligence requirements to a cloud service in another jurisdiction. They need something that runs on their own servers, offline if required.

No judgement

Keyword alerts produce volume, not assessments. Analysts still have to decide how reliable a report is, and whether ten stories are ten sources or one source copied ten times.

Traction

Figures as at EDIT: month, year.

Product

Built, documented and deployable today on Linux and Windows, including a fully air-gapped configuration. Reliability grading follows the NATO Admiralty system, with corroboration computed rather than guessed.

Distribution

The founding team has trained and supplied intelligence products to defence, security and law enforcement institutions for more than 25 years. PRISM IE sells into relationships that already exist.

Clients are not named publicly without their express consent. References are available to investors under NDA.

Home market

The team’s existing relationships are in Nigeria, which is where the first deployments are happening. The platform is designed to be configured per country, region and language, so a new market starts as a new configuration rather than a new product.

Ready configurations

Client builds are prepared for defence and security use, election monitoring and multilingual monitoring, with intelligence requirements loaded from day one.

Pipeline

EDIT: number agency pilots in progress on 90-day terms with stated commercial value. A first-wave corporate programme covering roughly 100 companies in our home market is timed to the October to December budget cycle. EDIT: signed clients or revenue to date, if any.

Revenue model

Sold as an intelligence service, not software seats. Agencies start with managed reporting and training, then move to an in-house platform licence. Companies subscribe at one of three levels.

Watch

Continuous monitoring and rated alerts on the issues that affect the business.

Assess

Analyst-reviewed assessments on a regular cycle.

Command

Full requirement-driven coverage with dedicated analyst support.

The ask

EDIT: $X

EDIT: pre-seed / seed round to take PRISM IE from pilots to paying anchor clients in both markets.

Demand is not what limits growth. Trained analysts are. Most of this round goes into the people who turn PRISM IE output into assessments clients pay for.
